David M. Clark is a personal injury trial lawyer who has handled complex personal injury cases all over The State Of Michigan and throughout the United States for the last 35 years. During his career, he has handled many cases for his injured clients and has received large trial verdicts and settlements not only in Michigan, but also Texas, Florida, Ohio, and South Carolina. His most notable case was a motorcycle accident case against the United States Air Force and his client was awarded $2.75 million and the passenger was awarded $850,000 for their injuries by a jury trial verdict

He started his career as a city prosecutor and an insurance defense attorney. This gave him valuable trial experience early in his career and working for the insurance companies for three years gave him an invaluable insight into how insurance companies operated the judicial system. He did not like what he saw.

David became passionate about representing those who were injured instead of defending the insurance companies that had billions but would not give a dime to those that were hurt, injured, or maimed in accidents. He saw how these large companies used their power and money to avoid their responsibility and to escape accountability and justice.

Since 1983, David has brought his dedication to hard work, the law, and working intimately with clients. He knows how to bring bear the proper way to prepare and execute a calculated game plan to bring about the best results for his clients.

Matthew represents injury victims all over the state of Michigan.  He primarily practices in the areas of personal injury and is dedicated to recovering fair compensation for his seriously injured clients.  This includes mostly auto accidents, no-fault litigation, premises liability, dog bites, slip and falls, medical malpractice, birth injuries, and social security disability.   He works closely with his clients to make sure that they that get maximum compensation for their injuries.  Through his strong advocacy, legal expertise and knowledge he has helped his clients navigate through the complex legal process and obtained the awards and justice that they deserved. Matt, as an undergraduate obtained his degree from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.  He served as a Clerk to the Honorable Judge Jordan.  He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State College of Law.  He received the jurisprudence award for writing and research while he received a concentration in trial practice after being chosen to participate in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute.

Matt has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and has worked relentlessly in obtaining millions of dollars in settlements and awards for his clients. When not working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, being an active member of The Catholic Lawyers Guild, salmon fishing on Lake Michigan, and reading in his library.
